Naturally you have experience and understanding of project management and client-facing project coordination with an emphasis on stakeholder management. You can structure complex scopes into clear and actionable plans and have comfort in challenging assumptions. You can utilize data driven reporting to help substantiate decisions. You are solution orientated and are able to build relationships at multiple levels, aligning our multi-disciplinary teams around our shared outcomes. You bring confidence and resilience to a fast paced environment while maintaining client focus, quality and service orientation throughout. Most importantly, be the true you. The one and only you. With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Client Project Manager:

•HBO degree in Business Management or Administration
•at least 2 years of relevant project management experience 
•stakeholder management experience
•PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certification(s) are a plus
•audit knowledge is a plus
•BI Engineering and Dashboarding skills are a plus
•similar business model and/or project experience with comparative objectives
•business and commercial acumen with strong analytical skills;
•proactive, ownership orientated attitude;
•strong command of English language with great communication skills, Dutch skills a plus;
•strong Microsoft 365 skills and knowledge base;

Client Project Management is a business-critical function within Audit and Assurance. The mission of Client Project Management is to enable Deloitte’s audit engagements provide smoother delivery, stronger quality, healthier commercial outcomes and happier teams. Your involvement will help Deloitte scale best practices across our engagements, deepening client trust in our Audit and Assurance work. Your involvement helps free up our practitioners to focus on complex judgements that matter most advancing our strategic visions and impact within the market. By collaborating in our diverse cross-functional teams, you are the lynchpin for our stakeholders in bringing together our Audit, IT Audit and Specialists in order to deliver a seamless client experience.

How do you do this?

  • Build strong working relationships via a Client-Centric approach as a trusted client liaison with client stakeholders and our internal stakeholders, managing each groups expectations with proactivity, clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and Monitor our end-to-end audit engagement delivery progress against key milestones and proactively deal with any risks or blockers via a structured escalation protocol.
  • Develop and maintain important project plans, action trackers and visibility via dashboarding and utilizing Deloitte’s cutting edge tools.
  • Facilitate important client related sessions and day to day project sessions across multi-discipline teams.
  • Support performance feedback through input to engagement leaders and encourage a collaborative, inclusive team culture from which everyone can grow to the best of their ability.
  • Solution orientated approach and agile mindset to best respond in dynamic client environments.
  • Continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, utilizing templates to lift productivity, reduce variability and accelerate mobilization on future audits.
  • Talent development within an inclusive culture, coordinating with junior members and providing constructive feedback and supportive routines to build capability, foster inclusion and enhance team wellbeing.

When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
