Be the true you
- an university degree. This can either be a master's degree or a bachelor's degree;
- knowledge of IAM products and protocols such as identification, authentication and authorization, on-premise/cloud-based;
- an understanding of all aspects within safety, such as prevention, detection and response;
- working experience in a commercial environment;
- an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English;
- a strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, including the ability to develop relationships with clients as well as peers from diverse backgrounds.
What impact will you make?
As a Consultant Identity and Access management (IAM) you will contribute to the growing team of Cyber Advisory professionals with a passion for Cyber Security. In this role your focus will be on the IAM domain, and you will be able to discuss with clients on issues surrounding IAM with regards to the client environment and propose actionable solutions for implementation in the organization.

How do you do this?
- advising clients on IAM content and provide solutions that fit their environment and are in line with other cyber risk services;
- executing assignments on an operational level while maintaining the outstanding quality of work that is expected from Deloitte;
- defining or improving IAM vision & strategy, governance, processes and (functional) design at the client with regards to the industry environment;
- supporting the client in the selection and implementation of IAM solutions across the organization, both from a business and technical perspective;
- coaching project members on professional skills and industry knowledge;
- added value in proposals related to IAM.

Step 3: The assessment
When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
