Be the true you
- working in three different Data Analytics teams within different departments, for each a period of eight months, on challenging projects for (international) top-clients;
- gaining experience in working with multiple tools and languages (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) in diverse client settings;
- starting in a 2-year training program from our Analytics & Cognitive Academy and receiving external certification;
- getting coached by experienced professionals and by peer coaching sessions with fellow trainees;
- attending personal and professional development events at every rotation moment;
- expanding your network through working in different teams and business areas.
What impact will you make?
While working on a variety of projects, you focus on helping companies perform better by making smart use of their data. Through using analytical methods such as statistical regressions, optimization methods, clustering and data mining algorithms you meet the clients demands. You translate your analytical insights into clear advice and guide clients in their transformation processes. For this Data Analytics Traineeship, you also have:
- an (almost) completed (WO) Master degree in the direction of Technology or Business (Business Information Management, Business & IT, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration);
- a special interest in Technology and Data Analytics which is reflected in your choice of study, internship, work experience, (student) associations or in personal projects/businesses;
- strong analytical skills;
- excellent communication skills and are able to consult and discuss with clients;
- great command of English language (fluency in Dutch is not a requirement).
Note: if you need a working permit for the Netherlands, please be aware that you have a proof of completion of your Master before 1 February 2021. This is to ensure a smooth IND process.
