  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices
  • Proficiency in test management tools such as TestRail, JIRA, or ALM
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and their implementation
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in testing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective test strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation for testing projects
  • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals and objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting activities across multiple projects
  • Implement and optimize test automation processes to improve efficiency and coverage
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential quality issues
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of test management tools and infrastructure
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage testing budgets and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance

When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
